Cancellation Policy

Deposits and prepaid session fees as deposits paid to secure appointments are non refundable.

You may however reschedule your appointment if you notify me you wish to do so at least 72 hours before your appointment time.

If you wish to reschedule 72 hours ahead of your appointment time you can transfer to another date once.

If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance of your appointment time you will forfeit your deposit or prepaid session fees and be required to rebook for another date in order to session.

If you wish to reschedule your session you must rebook within a week of your original session time for a date within three months of that original session time. 

If I cancel a session for some unforeseen reason I will offer a refund or the option to reschedule. To date I have never cancelled a session.
